Kramer's Specialty Foods is family owned and operated on the banks of the Mississippi River in the small town of Camanche, Iowa. Family and friends have enjoyed our salsa for many years and persuaded us to make it available to the public. After extensive testing and developing, we received our Food Processing Plant license in July 2000. Kramer's Specialty Foods LLC.

With the popularity of our salsas growing larger by the day, we decided in the fall of 2001 to embark upon a new project. After much hard work, and endless testing, our "pepper jams" were born. They are currently available in six different flavors and levels of heat. Sure to add some “heat” to your next party or meal.

Whether it's our fresh vegetable salsas, or our "pepper jams", with a variety of peppers, all of our produce is hand selected. Our goal is to always pay great detail to quality and service.
